Canada — ICES-003 / NMB-003

Draft — not yet issued. This ISED compliance statement is in preparation and not in force. It is gated on the ICES-003 emissions report from the shared lab session (the same measurements that support the FCC Part 15B declaration) being on file, and on the module IC grant conditions being confirmed. Canada imposes no IoT cybersecurity rule, so no credential gate applies here.

Compliance statement (English)

This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003. The device bears the marking CAN ICES-003(B) / NMB-003(B).

This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada's licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  1. This device may not cause interference; and
  2. This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

Déclaration de conformité (Français)

Cet appareil numérique de classe B est conforme à la norme canadienne ICES-003. L'appareil porte le marquage CAN ICES-003(B) / NMB-003(B).

L'émetteur/récepteur exempt de licence contenu dans le présent appareil est conforme aux CNR d'Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique Canada applicables aux appareils radio exempts de licence. L'exploitation est autorisée aux deux conditions suivantes :

  1. L'appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage ; et
  2. L'appareil doit accepter tout brouillage radioélectrique subi, même si le brouillage est susceptible d'en compromettre le fonctionnement.

The radio module (IC 21098-ESPS3WROOM1) is integrated unmodified in accordance with its ISED certification. Host-product emissions are declared against ICES-003, which accepts the same measurement data as FCC Part 15B.
