How these declarations are made

The 2.4 GHz radio inside YachtWave Link is a pre-certified module, so the finished product is assessed as an unintentional radiator and declared against the electromagnetic-compatibility, safety, radio, cybersecurity, and substance-restriction standards that apply in each market. Where a market requires a locally established contact — a US responsible party, an EU Authorised Representative, or an Australian responsible supplier — that party is named on the relevant statement once appointed.
