EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (No. YW-DOC-CE-001)
1. Radio equipment: YachtLINK™ NMEA 2000® Marine Gateway, model YLK-1-WIFI (serial number range: per device label, format 12-hex-character serial).
2. Manufacturer: Durban Equity Holdings II, LLC (dba YACHTWAVE), 935 N Beneva Rd, Ste 609-2056, Sarasota, FL 34232, USA.
Authorised representative in the EU: Euverify Ltd, Unit 3D, North Point House, North Point Business Park, New Mallow Road, Cork, T23 AT2P, Ireland.
3. This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
4. Object of the declaration: YachtLINK™ YLK-1-WIFI, an NMEA 2000® marine gateway drawing power from and connecting to a 9–16 V DC NMEA 2000® network, containing a 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi transceiver (ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module; Bluetooth not enabled in firmware).
5. The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation:

The radio module's EU Type Examination Certificate (Eurofins Product Service GmbH, NB 0980) is held in the technical file as supporting evidence and does not make the notified body a party to this declaration.
7. Additional information: Technical file YW-TF-CE-001 held by the manufacturer and available through the EU authorised representative. The product is also UKCA-marked for Great Britain under a separate UK Declaration of Conformity (YW-DOC-UK-001).
