UK DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (No. YW-DOC-UK-001)
1. Radio equipment: YachtLINK™ NMEA 2000® Marine Gateway, model YLK-1-WIFI (serial number range: per device label, format 12-hex-character serial).
2. Manufacturer: Durban Equity Holdings II, LLC (dba YACHTWAVE), 935 N Beneva Rd, Ste 609-2056, Sarasota, FL 34232, USA.
UK Authorised Representative / UK Importer: Euverify Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
3. This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
4. Object of the declaration: YachtLINK™ YLK-1-WIFI, an NMEA 2000® marine gateway drawing power from and connecting to a 9–16 V DC NMEA 2000® network, containing a 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi transceiver (ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module; Bluetooth not enabled in firmware).
5. The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant statutory requirements of Great Britain:
- The Radio Equipment Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017 No. 1206)
- The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012 No. 3032)
Conformity is declared with reference to the following designated standards (same technical basis as the EU declaration):

UK product security: the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act 2022 and the Product Security (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023 are complied with and are the subject of a separate Statement of Compliance — PSTI is not declared on this document.
6. Approved body: Not applicable — conformity assessed under internal production control (Schedule 2, Part 1). The radio module's EU Type Examination Certificate (Eurofins Product Service GmbH, NB 0980) is held in the technical file as supporting evidence.
7. Additional information: Technical file YW-TF-CE-001 held by the manufacturer and available through the UK authorised representative. The product is also CE-marked under an EU Declaration of Conformity (YW-DOC-CE-001) on the same technical basis.
