1. RoHS Declaration

We declare under our sole responsibility that the product identified above conforms to the requirements of:

• Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3); and
• The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 (UK RoHS).

The product does not contain the following restricted substances above the maximum concentration values tolerated by weight in homogeneous materials, except where a listed exemption applies:

Exemptions relied upon (Annex III)

The following EU RoHS Annex III exemptions apply to specific homogeneous materials in the product:

• 6(c) — Copper alloy containing up to 4% lead by weight (brass threaded inserts).
• 7(a) — Lead in high-melting-temperature-type solders, i.e. lead-based alloys containing 85% or more lead by weight (internal die/clip attach within certain semiconductor components, e.g. the P-channel MOSFET).
• 6(a) / 6(b) — Lead as an alloying element in steel / aluminium, where applicable (fasteners), within the permitted limits.

All other materials are RoHS-compliant without reliance on an exemption.

2. REACH / SVHC Declaration

We declare that, to the best of our knowledge and based on the declarations obtained from our suppliers, the product complies with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) and UK REACH. The product does not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) from the ECHA Candidate List in a concentration exceeding 0.1% by weight of any article, with the following note:

• The polymer enclosure is polycarbonate, produced from Bisphenol A (BPA), which is on the SVHC Candidate List. Residual free BPA in the finished, polymerised part is below the 0.1% w/w threshold per the filament supplier's declaration.

Where an SVHC is present above 0.1% w/w in the future, safe-use information will be provided to recipients as required by REACH Article 33.

3. Basis of declaration

This declaration is issued on the basis of supplier RoHS/REACH declarations and material data held in the product's technical documentation file, collected against the as-built bill of materials. It is self-declared; no notified body is involved.
